Mr. Bernard Ray Tillery, P.E., past owner of Amarillo Testing and Engineering, Inc. has more than 30 years of experience as a Professional Engineer. Mr. Tillery owned and managed this construction materials and geotechnical consulting firm in Amarillo, Texas from 1976-1995. Currently he lends his expertise as a consulting engineer. Prior responsibilities include positions as project engineer on various major federal highway construction projects. Ray served the Civil Engineering community throughout his career in various elected positions. Prior experience includes positions as an engineer for the New Mexico State Highway Department and the U.S. Navy (1970-1976).
